Hi;
This is part of the yard of J E Lawrence & Co, a family run dealership in Pembrokeshire who are long time Ford & now New Holland dealers. They also hold agencies for Kvernaland, Kuhn & Opico. They are also the largest fuel distributors for the County.
Cheers David

 BIG tractors- New Holland dealership in reply to David in Wales, 11-04-2006 09:24:10

The BIG blue New Holland was built (I believe) in the Fargo, ND STEIGER plant, now operated by CNH. This dealership must have sold about a half-dozen of them this fall!

The RED Buhler Versatiles next to it are built at the Versatile plant in Winnipeg, MB, which was operated by Ford/New Holland, and divested when they became CNH. An interesting flip-flop of production, between manufacturing plants.

Third Party Image

The Ford in the photo above was made at the Ford/Versatile plant in Winnipeg, before Buhler took them over, and switched back to the red "Versatiles" next to the blue NH in the top photo. Confusing, isn't it!

This realy gets me--I live (and farmed) in the great plains where anything less than a 1000 acres is a hobby farm and you guys over there have all the nice big tractors. That looks like at least 6 of those four-wheel units on the lot. How can he sell that many?
