I have a few old tractors and I am looking for new rear tractor tires. The tires are 15.5x38 What brand and style is everybody using. I would really like to find some 45 degree tread like the originals but everywhere I look they tell me that they are not available. I have looked at some 43 degree chinese tires and they are ugly. I would also take some 23 degree ones if I could find them and could afford them. A year ago I was priced a set of new bf goodrich silvertown for 600 a piece without tubes and mounting. So what brand is everybody using and what are the prices running. I need about 4 sets thanks jake

Firestone Traction Field & Road has 23 degree tires that look real close to the original tires. I sell them for $370.00 cash and carry. Tubes for $45.00.

There is a guy in the Fastline Magazine advertising tires. They have Goodyear & Armstrong for around $275 each.

So Hummm... did they ever make a 15.5 in 45°? I don't remember ever seeing any.
