I posted this on the Farmall page but just had to post it here too. It is so amazing I have to share it. A Super MTA Diesel hi crop version sold for $45,000.00 . Aumann Auction for the Freeman Farm International Harvestor collection.

Any guesses, was this because of who sold it or maybe where it was going? Surely the tractor configuration would not have demanded that much.

Just think of the nice new 4wd $45,000 could have bought instead of an old tractor with limited uses, problably doesn't even have power steering.

Yeah, but think about 50 years from now when you can still use the MTA for limited chores and the $45,000 dollar new 4wd is gone and has been in the junkyard for 30 of the last 50 years because of electrical failures all over it and a hydro trans that couldn't be fixed!
