I've been having a search problem the last few days with ebay. The first page of the search results is ok but when I click on the second or any other page it tries to do another search and comes back with no items found. This is happening from my home computer and my work computer. Anyone else having this problem?

Just another example of how broken ebay is, and they don't seem to care. You would do better to do a Froogle search, and then go to ebay only if the search results take you there. Ebay is no longer the only game in town.

I don't buy much on ebay but I just enjoy seeing how the bidding goes on the tractors. Sometimes I do get some parts from there though.

I do the same thing, but I have learned that quite a lot of stuff on ebay does not actually sell for the price you thought it brought. Ebay has very strict policies about shill bidding, but I can just about guarantee that most of the higher dollar items do benefit from shill bidders.

I've noticed that also. Sometimes there will be two tractors very similar and one will be bid up twice what the other has. I know location has something to do with that but generally not that much difference.

I did not give total explanation. I use the advanced search and search within a certain dollar range. The first page is good but the second and subsequent pages ignore the search criteria such as the dollar range. For instance search for tractor and limit dollar range between those from $200 to $10,000. First page is good but second page gives all tractor items for any price. sometimes the second page gives non available.

Tried with "farmall" and 200-10000 dollars. Got 99 hits and page 2 all items were above 200 dollars. Still don't know what to say..... .....

Did you try to go to the second page of the listing?

I did on the H and all I noticed was the pictures on the left of item list painted slow. I have HS DSL - maybe that helps.
