I've heard the name of that brand of tractor but can't find any info on the web about them. When were they made, what kind of tractors they made. Practically anything you can tell me about them would interest me.

From the 'Net...

"Minneapolis-Moline was formed by the merger of Minneapolis Steel and Machinery, the Minneapolis Threshing Machine Company, and the Moline Plow Company in 1929. Minneapolis Steel brought tractor experience to the group, having produced tractors for Case and Bull, along with its own line of Twin City tractors."

For more information on how Moline Plow Co, Minneapolis Threshing Machine Co, and Minneapolis Steel and Machinery, which began making Twin City tractors in 1908, merged to become Minneapolis-Moline in 1929, check out the website linked below:

Funny I should see this posting today; happened to find an old Twin Cities tractor wrench in a junk bin at the flea market this morning. Fits the spark plugs & the cylinder head capscrews, I think, and has the T-C logo on it. Are these very common?
