Darnit!

I feel like I'm operating in reverse 'cause it wasn't that long ago that I was fightin' to put the 3-point on this tractor.

Well, today we started strippin' her back down so's the loader can be mounted and off the 3-point comes again.

When I get it all cinched down, hope there is enough spread in the backbone of the loader to reach those irons. Don't even wanna pull those fenders back off!

This job was easier when I was younger. I'm tellin' ya, those mounts are heavy fer an old man! :>(

That's gonna be one sweet loader outfit. Maybe you need this old Weather Brake that I don't use since I put that Hiniker cab on "Bullfrog"

Howard, Did you make that grapple yourself? I have been wanting to build one and may finally get to it this winter. I would love some pics of it if you have any so I can see how it is set up. That is one nice looking outfit!! Thanks, Jim

Allan ,I,m sure you will like the loader on the Hydro but I sure hate to see all that work and nice paint job go under a loader. Maybe at least take the nice fenders off during the loader install and then see if you want them back on, Suppose you need the lights tho. You should love the snort of that 1066. Seems like guys can get as much power out of those work horses as they want or need and they keep on pulling. Do you still need that cab weather guard. There is several of those cabs down in the local yard and at a local farmers yard and I believe I saw that rubber moulding laying in 1 or 2 of them. Would be happy to check for ya the next time I go. These were off of 66 series tractors I believe. I suppose the pipe insulation would work but would probably wear through pretty quickly. Migraine

This one is gonna be a lot of work. Kinda like back when they delived 'em new and not assembled.

I'm going to use the rear square boxing and hydraulics off of the one and the cylinders and upper arms off of another. So, it is going on piece by piece anyway and I'll see in due time if the fenders are gonna be in the way.

Oh yeah, the 1066. He's just gotta wait his turn; I'm kinda overstocked on old red tractors right now. Aw heck, let me try the pipe insulation thing, bet it will work. :>)
