I imagine this has been asked before but I haven't seen it. out of curiosity....What is special about "pulling" tires? Namely for farm class tractors. I seem them advertised and hear of "cut" tires but have never seen/heard much explanation. Thanks.

Well, if you are pulling on a tight track, a tire with just a little bit of bar will do the trick. If it is a loose track, a little more bar will help.

"cut" tires have had part of the tread bars shaved off, leaving a sharper edge for better grip. I understand that some pulls will not allow cut tires in the stock or farm class.
