I need to tow a trailer that has has a 9 pole electrical connector. My truck is a 7-way so I'm making an adapter. I realize that each trailer could be wired differently, but is anyone aware of how most are wired? Been searching online for a diagram and cannot find one. This plug is common on semi's and some rv's. Thank you!

NAPA has the adapters I bought them all I think they have the pin to spade and spade to pin the truck (semi) has pins in the connector most R.V.s have the spadethey also have the reducers from large dia.to small dia. round and flat 4 pin.

hope this will help you Jer

Go to your local RV joint. It may be cheeper to just buy one at maybe $16.00 or so. They have the wire diag. but if you have a trailer that someone messed with! Hoboy! Jeffcat
