Sorry about the big size of the picture in the other post. I forgot to resize.

Wash, wax and a set of WWW's. It's amazing how nice they can look. This one is a '48 model.

looks like the '51 Cambridge I bought for $50 in El Paso TX & drove to W. Va. in 1964. Those were the days. Backseat was better for sleeping than most beds.

This car is a 1950 Plymouth 2Door with the flat head six. Three on the tree. No radio but does have add on trun signals. A couple of small dings that I can fix.

The more I see it the better I like it.
Bye the bye Lee Petty (Richard's dad Kyle's Grand Dad) won the 1950 Daytona 500 in one like that. Way back then it really was like that.

John is that a 1952? I bought one like that 7 years ago in Tennessee and brought it up to Michigan, doubled my money had a neat flat head 6 in it.

Please send this to all of the automakers. I strongly believe they all have forgotten how to build a car with character.

(at least the humans should be allowed to design 'em!)

That's a sweet car.

I don't think this one is any where near worn out with 62,177.5 miles on the odometer. It purrs and no smoke.

NICE! In 1964 dad bought a 49 for brother an I,he dedn't have his license yet, so it wasmine. I loved the sound of that flat hrad six, and it would run away from thr Chevy's of that age. Mine would do over 100, and it was worn out.
