Sunrise Warning

Is this sky a sign of things to come. I think Old nailed it, thats the saying I've always heard. Aound here for the past couple of days its been to wet to plow and too windy to haul rocks. And while we are at it, why do we teach our kids that the sun rises or sets , when we have known for a few hundred years that it is the Earth that is in motion relative to the stationary Sun?
