Hey Guys
I was told by one of my neighbors that the earth was warming up because they keep punching holes in the atmosphere with all those rockets....LOL

Almost laughed in his face..... .

OK you guys are starting to make me mad talking about all this cool weather.

Do not worry I will get my revenge in Dec; the snow will be flying up there and I will post a picture of my tropical plant in bloom or my growing vegetable garden.

Nice to hear that the cool down is on the way even though it may take months to get here. May be a early fall though because we got a cool front Wed. We usually do not get cool fronts this early in the year.

And what does the moon have to do with frost?

The locust have said that it will frost here about about 9-16.

I hope not.

Well, nothin'.

But it always seems like if ya can get by that darned full moon, chances are better than not that you'll get another month of growing weather.

well, we had frost in the pasture this morning... :-( The mulch pile next to the garden had a nip of frost on it, but the tomatoes, melons, and beans still looked ok at 7 am (before the sun came up).

I've got to remember to cover them tonight!

Mornin' Allen; The full moon will be on the 7th. Pretty hot out for this time of day. It's 76 here in OKC. Just got back from my walk and worked up a real good sweat.

Thanks Guys,

54 here and raining again. Weather is really stood on it's ear in this area this fall.

Frost here typically snaps around the 10th; would really like to sneak by another month. :>)
