what should the air preasure be in a 16.4- 34 tire? general use.

6 ply tire would run 18 psi max and 8 ply is 24 psi max. But depending on how much load they are carrying you might need less but no more.

It is going to vary with the weight of the tractor. I have been taught that with the tractor sitting on a flat surface there should be just about a finger width ground clearence at the outside edge of the lugs. Radial tires need to show a little "cheek"
