Now Fellas,

This is what happens when the hydraulics slow to a crawl..... ..notice the silly gauge wheel? Fought the darned thing all afternoon. :>(

Also, I think my tractor came from Mexico. Every time it finds a little shade it wants to stop and take a nap.

Things just aren't easy around here, ya know. :>(

Looks like the nearest tree in 50 miles and you have to find it, Allan! It least it ain't on fire like the Missions are right above our place. I was cussin' while moving my wheel line tonight and the fire blossomed up and brightened the night ( It's a couple of miles away.) so I could see what I was doin' while changeing a latch.

Not yet,

I gotta get the wheat planted first then we'll see where we are as far as the hay is concerned.

If I can beat the frost and it holds off in September, I think I'm gonna have a fairly good last cutting.

And then too, it all depends on the hay.

If it is real heavy, I won't use the double gizmo, but if it is typical dryland hay and lighter in volume, I'll pull the windrows together and shoot ya some pictures.

maybe it just needs a shot of oil to help it come unlatched?

Naw,

Let me blame it on that pump. That way I can kind of justify the cost. :>(

How ya doin' ol' BUd? Getting your stamina back yet?

Allen,

Haven't talked to in a while. I never worked on the IH's tractors. Sounds to me it's going to be a job an half to change the pump?

Looks to me from the mud on the tires you finally gotten some well needed rain your way.
Also looks to me shade trees are hard to come by in your area.
You need the nickname "tinker" seems your always
working on something or another. Take Care Allen!

That's about like here 6" for the month but some had probably 12" this month so far. Allan, You need to put a sign out there... "The Tree" >>> lol. Someone did that here at a dirt road intersection and it's still a landmark and sign there says "The Tree" and people give directions to there place from that lol. Some joker stuck a pipe in the ground there too near the tree with a faucet but there's no water there.
