No Sundowner Tractor Company

I recently lost $360.51 as a result of doing business with Sundownter Tractor Company. If anyone else has similar issues, I suggest they report these issues to the Better Business Bureau. I would stay clear of them. Customer Service is outrageous. Owner pays more attention to her personal life than taking care of her business life. Owner refuses to hold herself accountable for her actions and blames problems on everyone else for her mistakes, ie Manufacturer, customer, service technician.

He must be miffed! He's been posting this same drivel all over as many boards as he can find! Since we don't know the entire story, we don't know enough to make a decision on wether or not to do business with Sundowner.

I haven't seen this before, so I assumed it was on the level.

sorry to hear about that. One of these days market forces and word-of-mouth will catch up with them, and they'll go down the crapper. Here's a site you can put them on to hopefully speed up the process. >Link
good>Link luck.

I did put my info out on ripoff report. Thanks for the tip.

Basically, the owner of Sundowner Tractor Company, Shelly Terrell, is a non-business taking care of, lying, miscomunicating, non-responsibily accepting, name calling, self justifying, hypocrite. And she has the audacity to come off religious, by taking acception to the use of the lords name in vein, when her actions aren't very religiously natured.

You aren't kidding when you say I am miffed. Owners refuse to take care of my requests for information on the parts I ordered. Then lied to me on two occasions as to the status of my parts. Then blamed everyone else for her miscommunications. Had the air of not caring anyway. Then when she caused the damaging costs to me, started making accusations towards me tried accusing me of extortion rather than owning up to her misactions. and to top it all of had the nerve to try and bring religion into my actions!!!!! No apology, no mercy!
