What is better? Corn or Pellet stove? What about Multi-fuel stoves. Its not a problem for me to get corn.

A multi-fuel stove is better because burning pellets and corn gives you the ability to buy the cheaper of the two. Right now I am still waiting on 2 tons of pellets from my local Do-it-best center..... 6 weeks have gone by and still no pellets. I have a $hit load of corn in cans waiting for winter time.

Corn, more available, cheaper, can buy in bulk not going away anytime soon. Very hot fire alot of btus per bushel.

Some of those grain & wood pellet stoves can also burn stoker coal. The manufacture can't actually come out and say as much due to EPA regulations. Harman makes one.

I believe most corn stoves also can burn pellets - so you have a choice.

With a pellet only stove, if they go out of favor, where will you ever find the fuel to put in it?

If you get a corn stove at least you can burn wood pellets or corn in it, some of them let you burn other things in them as well.
