The 'ol M sat too long without being run and about 10 gallons went stale on me. I'm gonna drain it out before it causes any problems, and kinda thinkin' maybe I would use it up in my mowin' tractor, or maybe not. Any kind of magic potion that will freshen up the stale gas a bit?

I put some real old gas in my AC M, about a 50 50 mix and had a good case of stuck valves. I will never again put old gas in anything. Stan

I would use a little of stale gas at a time to use it up by mixing it with good fresh gas. I also save some for washing parts too. I got into a new habit lately too after getting into motorcycles I started using gas stabilizer often when i let them just sit so the gas won't go stale and clog up the carbs. I do that with all my equipment now too. Just a little will keep the gas in a fresh state for quite a longtime too.

I should add that the mowin' tractor is a 1940 H with the low compression distillate head.

Might consider some octane boost as long as you don"t over do it or add some premium gas to what you have.

I use stale gas all the time by mixing in some new/good gas. So far I haven't had any problems. I also like to add some carb cleaner to it to help it out a little

If it's not too bad, I'd mix it 50/50 with fresh gas and burn it up in the mowin' rig.

That's kind of what I was thinking. The M did run on that gas, but it was kind of rough.
