Leyland hydraulic system question

I had to borrow a friend's tractor and can't figure out how the external hydraulics operate. It's a Leyland 384. Nothing happens when the lever on the lt is positioned in PTO or hydraulics or the other setting which I can't remember the name of right now. Anybody out there that can steer me in the right direction? Thanks!

I figured it out myself. The outer right lever that was stuck was the culprit. Thanks anyway.

Been a long time but I think there is another lever
down on the quadrant where the lever to raise and lower the three point , and that one has to be in
a certain position.

Does the PTO work? Help me think this through with you, it's been too many years. You do know there is a seperate clutch for the live power and if the lever is locked back you have nothing.

The PTO works. There is a lever at the left rear with 3 positions; PTO, HYD, & OUT. The PTO works in the PTO position. The hydraulics don't work in any of the positions. The 3-point raises and drafts properly. There is a 3 lever control at the rt side. The levers control raise/lower, draft, and the 3rd I am unsure of because it only moves a quarter inch. There is a pedal at the right side that only moves slightly and sounds like it actuates an electrical switch. I can't sense any pressure in any hoses or from the movement of the hydraulic valve levers. It feels like it needs to be engaged to operate. At the upper rear center, there is an inverted cup looking metal cap attached to a spring loaded shaft. The housing has flat areas to accept the flat side of the cap when lifted and twisted. I also tried moving that because I don't know what I'm looking for.

That inverted cup looking metal cap is a lock to hold the 3 point arms up. If the arms raise your pump is working. You'll have to trace your lines and see where the pressure is not getting to your valve. Could be an electric diverter installed that is not working?
