Well i got the yellow jackets in the WD taken care of. No stings. Setting on the couch reading my grandson a story about an hour ago, went to swat at my neck, really thought it was the wife playing games. Oh no, how we got a Y/J in the house I dont know, but it sure got me on the neck. Oh well, Much better me than my grandwon. Have a great weekend. Bob

Any one allergic to Bee Venom most certainly has my Sympathy but I on the other hand can wade into a swarm and they do not seem to mind me. I have been stung by Bees, Yellow Jackets and a Bumble Bee got up my Pants Leg when I was very Young and did his Job you know where but I have never suffered no ill effects from stings from such. I wonder why I have no ill effects from these creatures stings and this happens very seldom, and other folks it is a life or death or matter. My Wife is very alergic to Stings and accuses me of showing off when I allow a Bee to sit on my Arm or Hand and nothing bad happens to me. My Uncle is the same way and he and I used to work his 10 -15 Hive sets every year and never get stung and a lot of people tried to find out our secret but in my mind there is none.we never showed fear and I think these Creatures can sense that so they left us alone. We wore face netting mainly to keep them from crawling in some hole they should not like my nose or ears. What do you think?

Hey guys, don't mess around, make sure you have what you need and it's up to date. I worked with a guy that was stung one time by one bee and the ER care was two blocks up the street. They had him there in under 10 minutes from the time he was stung but he didn't make it. They said from the time he was stung till he passed away was less then 18 minutes. In his 30's and gone in just a few minutes because of a stupid bee sting.

Know what you mean, My stab in the thigh fat kit for bee stings is out of date. I need a new one but just havent got to it. If I had more than one sting I would have headed right in. Got swarmed when I was a kid, They had just told us if there are bees around be still and they wont bother you. Dont work if your brother kicks over an old pail an it was full of jackets and you are the closest. Got me good. lol now but not then. Bob

Guess you got the problem sort of like I did. When I was about 12 or so my dad was a bee keeper and we where moveing a hive and the staples came out of the hive and the hive fell. Boy where the bees mad and my dad said we had to get it set up no matter what. Well I lost count at 150 stings and some 10-15 minutes later I started to iche bad and went in the house. 10 minutes later I had hives all over my body, my mom yelled at my dad to get in the house and we then went to the doctors office. I have had problems since. Guess I was lucky that many stings would have killed most people
