Been thinking its time to replace my old four wheeler, not much left to work with. Question is I have a Bombardier dealer about 10 miles away. Are these machines trouble free or should I stay away from them and drive the 80 miles and buy another Honda? Seems that you get more for your money with the Bombardier with the indepenant rear suspension, disc brakes, CVT trans, ect, but do they stand up to farm use?

To be honest with you, I really don't think you can buy a bad fourwheeler today, they are all built pretty darn good, and are basically trouble free.

Dunno. The Honda experience I've had wasn't great. Had better luck with Yamaha over the years. Those old 225's just seem to keep going.
My brother has a Bombardier Outlander 400. It' only a year or 2 old. He pounds the snot clear out of it, and hasn't had a problem yet. If he can't break it, nobody can....

I have a Quest 650 that has never been off the farm. Turned 1000 miles yesterday. Only problem I've had is with the starter. Had to have $500 worth of work done at the dealer in June. Ring gear and everything was bad. I do stop and start a lot though. I use mine in place of a tractor at times. Will pull a haywagon with no problem. Thrower wagon with 150 bales as long as you can keep from breaking traction and spinning out.

Yea I know, This is a Deere dealer near me. They sell the red, yellow and camo one's right along side the green one's with the jumping Deere on them, the only differance is the red ones are about $1500 cheaper. Deere has never been known to sell a substandard product now have they? LOL.

I have not heard anybody around here bad mouthing them , find the atv chat rooms and inquire there . Everybody told me don't buy an arctic cat so I did and had 4 years of trouble free riding . But they can't be to bad since bombardier builds everything from jets to snowmobiles .
