Were you still looking for ways to seal that truck box tight? Well if you're planning on removing the side boards one-by-one you could try some foam weatherstripping between the boards' edges. It comes 1/2" or 3/4" wide in rolls and has adhesive on one side. Lay that down, put the next board on that and so on. If it works alright, that box might double as a swimming pool. Good luck.

I read about this awhile back. Did anyone recommend sheets of plywood tacked onto the inside of the existing box?
