I have a MF 135 1971 model. It is very difficult to steer. Any suggestions?

If it is a 1971 it most certainly has power steer
The pump is likely out of oil. Take the plug out-
sits at an angle on the little reservoir. Don't
overfill-fill to plug. You will have to steer
back and forth a few times. If it is out of oil
you can add now and then or replace the pump seal
and gasket. You won't notice it leaking-leaks into the eng. Get a book ASAP. Chuck

Grease everything. Drive it a lot. You'll bulk up and it will loosen up. Plan your route to avoid unnecessary short turns.

Oh yes, and blame the pain in the middle of your back on the mattress or your office chair.

Errrh, pump up the tyres? Take off the front end loader? Take a course in muscle building?
Or maybe look for seized up or worn out components.
Power steering pump? King pins? Wheel alignment?
Not much to go on from your post.
Perhaps a litte more information might help pinpoint the problem.
