on my 73' ford, I cleaned out the PCV valve and oil filler valve.. I think that was why I had oil in the air filter.. but now should I clean out the valve covers? if I did take them off, could I seal them up with RTV sealer? or would I need to go to napa and spend $50 on new gaskets? :(
I am just afraid that all the junk in the valve covers will plug up the PCV again.. help me out please! THANKS! Tim Shultz

Well it was not uncommon for the old FE 's to get the oil return hole blocked and FIFTY BUCKS FOR VALVE COVER GSKTS????? i think that is a bit high . As far as the GUPPUY GOOO myself i do not use it but in the coners of the intake and then vary sparingly .be able to get them valve cover Gskt.from ford and i don't think that they would cost that.
