You fellow were so good on diesel additive--how about for a gas engine with fuel injection? should I hit it with a little clearer once in a while? Had a pretty good mechanic tell me once that a little bit of lubication for the fuel pump, like oil, was a good idea.

I used to run a pint of Sea Foam through my fuel system( 1 pint in ach tank) monthly when I run gas engines in my truck. It kinda offset the crappy gas you buy any more. It is a petroleum based product, and it acturally does what the can says it will do. No cheap, about 9.00 a can, but it is good stuff.

JT, you need to find another dealer for Sea Foam. I pay a little less than $5.00 per can. Down here, we use it extensively in 2 stroke outboards. Keeps the rings from coking up.

I swear by the Sea Foam. When I replaced all 6 injectors in my Pontiac, I had a quick lesson in what it'll do. Use it about once a month--when I don't, she acts funny like there's water in my gas tank.
