Did some blade work today with the H today for the first time since the overhaul. It has a lot more power than I remember.I can feel the difference from before. My oil pressure problem turned out to be a bad gauge was reading off by twenty pounds.Threaded test gauge into the test ports in block,40 psi at idle and 60 at full throttle.Need to get a new gauge.Oh well I guess you gotta work out the bugs after an overhaul. My gauge worked before so i didnt replace it.Guess i should have when i replaced the temp, and amp gauges. Also have a slight leak in the left axle seal.Thirty to forty dollars will fix those problems. It wont be too bad to fix..... .River Bottom farmer

Just a FYI thing...I once got a Ferguson tractor, bought it home, did a little work on it and started it up. Ran awful good as I was walking around it checking things....it had run a couple of minutes when I got around to looking at the oil gage....and it was on zero! I thought it has to have pressure or it would be rattling....so...I took out my pocket crescent wrench and tapped under the dash near the gage and it jumped right up there to the real good mark...(don"t remember the number). I continued to do this for the next dozen or so start ups and it finally got the idea and did it on it"s own...and still does...years later. See how your luck is. Fred OH
