I thought I would top off my radiator in My AC M grabbed the gal can of water, (I thought) dumped about a cup of oil in the radiator before I realized it was oil. Most of it floated out when I added the water. I just got in a big hurry.Stan

If it is confession time, I might as well chime in. I put a couple of gallons of water in the fuel tank on a JD 1020 when I was 10+/- years old. Was told the radiator needed water, Always thought the radiator would be at the very front (like a car right??) At least I was caught in the act before they put the tractor in the field.

For a more spectacular result, try a gallon of spray rig marker foam. A hired hand put some in a JD8450 one time. When I took the cap off, the jet of foam nearly took my head off. It took me half a day to find my way out of the resulting foam mountain!

confession time:

I put a half gallon of diesel in my CA radiator once, My brother had put it in an antifreeze jug. I thought that antifreeze sure did smell funny. I have no idea why I did not catch it sooner.
