My grandfather is going to auction off all of our tractors except for one I choose to keep. They are all fully restored and in amazing condition. There is an Farmall M, H, and a McCormick W4.

Which one do I choose?

I think I will keep either the H or the W4. Unfortunately I don't have any room for them all. The W4 was my kid favourite tractor and the H my adult fav.

Thanks for you advice.

The W4 looks great back here in row crop country. Also, the red seems to draw crowds. You will also see hundreds of M's and H,s for every W4,W6,or W9. But make your grandpa happy and buy the other two.

Keep the W-4 and see if your Grandpa will let you buy the others.

What are you going to do with it? If strictly show, keep the W-4. if its going backto work, how much land do you have to work, driveways etc.Choose the M or H that will suit you better. An M will be faster, have more hp,but an H is awful handy, lower fuel cost, getting into tighter ares, lighter to haul etc.Me, I hve a soft spot in my heart for Ms.

I'm with Johnlobb, keep the W4. M's & H's are a dime a dozen, the W series are a bit less common.

There is only one choice! Keep the W-4. They are trhe coolest red tractor ever built. (except maybe for an O-4)
