What kind of tool is this. It is about 2 feet long and looks kind of like a tire iron. It is riveted on the end from being struck with a hammer. What is this tool? thanks

Thats a short tire spoon, I have one some place out in the shop but I prefer the longer ones since I'm getting old and my bad back prefers things that are longer.
