Ok have got it timed ok and had it fired up. It runs beautiful but the oil pressure is driving the gauge crazy. Just idiling the hand is all the way over on high. Is there any way to adjust the pressure or will it hurt to let it go that way? Also have a silly question. How does the water circulate as I see no visible water pump? Thanks in advance for the info.....

What Steven said. You really need to know what the pressure is running on a reliable gauge.(Assuming you are looking at the original gauge) My gauge only moves about half way up,but Im running 75pds of pressure at full throttle.

The relief valve in the base of the oil filter housing is probably stuck. There is a nut takes about a 1" wrench. Pull that off and that should let you in to a relief valve. Get the valve losened up and you should be OK.

Dunno about your oil pressure gauge... maybe the gauge is bad? Try hooking up a gauge you know is for sure good and reads to 100 psi, see where you are at.

The water cooling system is called thermo-siphon, hot water rises, cold water drops. The water will cycle through the radiator and block on its own. It was this way on the F12, F14, A, and B tractors. Never had a problem with any of mine.
