Is this a landscape rake made by York ?

OR IS IT ...

An El Cheapo lanscape rake that you are calling a York Rake ?

that is a good deal, buy it. My neighbor has one and he uses it on the back of his JD 30HP tractor, it works great for grading gravel and doing heavy cleanup work on yards like brush, leaves, scrub. You could buy it and sell it for more if you wanted.

They work great for gathering up sticks and dead branches that have fallen on your yard during a storm too.

For 40 bucks I would buy it and not even think twice about it.

Used on surface that has already been pretty well tilled but still has small ridges and a lot of rock and trash on the surface, landscape rakes can quickly accumulate that trash into specific areas where you can pick it up with a few passes with the loader and leave a smooth surface ready for grass seed. Still would prefer a hand rake for a small lawn but if you have to seed a couple of acres or more this is a tool you will want around.

We have a mile or more of dirt gravel road, the rake reclaims stone along the edges and generly smooths things out. Great tool $40 is a steal if in decent shape.
