Topped off rear end trans housing with ninety weight double checked timing on distributor and initial carb adjustments hit the starter once it hit coughed blew some oil smoke and died.Opened choke hit starter and away she went.Instantly sounded great no more governor surge no more nocking and has great oil pressure.Let it run for just a couple minutes a 2/3 throttle and shut it down.Got all my tools ready let it run up to temp shut her down and retorque my head and adjusted my valves will do this again after a mow with it for a couple hours but still have a way to go before its ready for the field. But it sure makes me feel good to hear it run like that again.Gonna take a frame thank you photo to columbus Col-Welds machine shop for all the work and help they gave me on the crankshaft and camshaft. Well any way cant wait to talk with you havent heard from you in quite a while. RBF
