I top dressed some of my corn with some dry 12-24-12 fertilizer, not too thickly on Friday. Today I came out there and a lot of the leaves look like chlorosis or something, but not like it got burned.

I also tested a little strip of Roundup on the weeds in the corn, which is RoundupReady, but it doesnt appear to herbicide damage. ????? ?

I can email a pic to whoever wants to see it. thanks a lot guys.

Post a pic if you can. Sometimes when the dry fert pellets fall into the whorl, it will burn the corn a little, but it should come out of it in good fashion.

On the weeds, remember it is the early weeds when the corn is small that can cause the most competition, and hurt yields. it is also easier to kill the weeds when small than when big
