Youngest son age 2, tried to get in the Suburban this morning by himself a little before we were ready for church. He fell on the concrete drive way and needed a stitch at the emergency room in town. Good news is that he is doing just fine. Hope your Sunday is going better than mine.

Had a same experience less than a year ago. My 3 year old daughter was running in the house and she forgot to close a endtable door, ended up getting two stitches in her bottom lip, all I could think about was a scar for life, and you can't even see it now. But talk about holding her down and watching the doctor sew her up while she's crying and screaming, I now know what people mean when you get a cold sweat on your forehead. That bothered me for a few days. chris

My father used to say "Little boys have angels on their shoulders," which is quite a saying from the man who hardly ever spoke. I hope all the rest go as well.

If your boys were anything like mine it will not be the last trip to the E.R. to get a few stiches.

Tim, I know the hurt that you and the Mrs. went throught.I am more that releaved that all is well NOW , But You wouldn't want it any other way! The little ones will want to do it themselves, They have to learn, Next time just try to be closer or something, Though we can't always catch them in mid fall. Thank the LORD that children are highly resiliant. God Bless Ya'll.
Later,
John A

Glad to hear he is doing okay. :) When I worked fire/rescue Sundays were usually pretty slow and peaceful but sometimes things just happen.
