That is a Hesston "Front Runner". The design was later sold, IIRC, to Bush Hog, and then to TORO.

I have one with a mower like yours and a snowblower, with a steel cab. It's cute as heck, but kind of clumsy to drive and maneuver in tight spots with the articulated setup.

Even though they look like 4-WD, only the front wheels are powered.

And, GENE, no need to worry... they use the same Sundstrand hydro pump/motor as the old Cub Cadets, and many Deeres, coupled to the same DANA axle as Deere used on the 300, 312, 314, and 317. Good used hydros of this type regularly sell between $30.00 and $200.00 on ebay.

What is the deck size? I'm not sure what mine is... 46" perhaps?

I have a Hesston 200 Front Runner. It has an 80" deck. The main deck is narrower, but there is a fold-up wing on each side with a belt driven blade. It has been idle in inside storage for over ten years. I rebuilt the engine a number of years before that. It ran great when last used. I will bring it out of storage next week to clean it up and get it running. It was repainted when the engine was rebuilt, and the TORO decals were used.

That looks more like a well used and bused Golf Course rough mower. I work at a local golf course an these type of mowers are terribly expensive to repair and maintain. not the sort of money pit i would choose for my own taste. We had to repair a hydrostatic transaxle last fall and it ran over $5K" They usually have very little parts interchange with common mowers.
