Ok this is a part used on all kind of things, not just tractors. From its side profile it is a T upside down. it is tapper from front to back. They are used when you have a shaft and a part going around it there is a slot where you pound of these until it locks so the two parts are joined put if you remove this pin then can be seperated, they are usually really small and I need two of them for my brakes for my Farmall H but I can think of what that dang things are called. Do you know what i'm talking about?

If it's what I'm thinking of their either a taper lock key, or a gib key, I've heard them called both. Either way I know Mcmaster Carr carries them.
