The exhaust manifolds on a chevy 350 were cracked and now being replaced with different ones and now the bolt holes dont line up with the threaded holes in the head. What can I do you get them to line up?

You are using shrunken up USED manifolds, right?

The are some pretty good reasonably priced new ones on the market now (sadly, chinese).

For the aggravation with trying to fit the old ones, you'd have been better off with a set of the new generic ones.

When you install your manifold in stall the two center bolts first then use the jack to spread the two outside ports until the bolt hole line up.
