Zach, be careful! If the cylinders are full of gas don't just grab the flywheel and give it a turn with the plugs out. Had a friend and neighbor who was burned to death right in front of his family by turning the flywheel to clear gas out of a flooded engine. The plug wire was hanging right in front of the vacant spark plug hole. When he turned the flywheel he was sprayed with flaming gas. Ed

Zach, try puliing out the spark plugs and see if it will turn over then. I had an 8N ford that the carburator float stuck open and it filled the cylinders with gas and the starter could only turn it about a quarter of a turn before it bound up. A bad head gasket that leaks water into the cylinder could also do the same thing.
Good luck!

As Gene says did you have oil preassure?? If not you may have big trouble. I may self would not use PB but instead tranny fluid. Cheaper and does the same thing. If you didn"t have oil preassure its not hard to fix the coupler problem

I would pull the spark plugs and spray some PB Blaster in there and let it sit a day or so. Then i would try to turn it over again. Remember to change your oil after you get it started to get rid of the PB Blaster or you can pour some marvel mystery oil in the spark holes to help free up the stuck engine.

Thanks,

LBH

Sounds like you either didn"t have any oil in the engine or oil isn"t getting around everywhere in the engine and it seized up on you.

Did it have oil pressure? John Deeres were bad about the oil pump drive coupling breaking if water got in the oil pump and froze or stuck the gears. When the coupling shears and there is no oil pressure.
