Painting rims

Got some used rims to replace the rusted out rears on my WD45. These have some rust and pitting, but not great gaps with the innertubes poking through like the old ones. After I sand blast them, what"s the best coating/paint to use? Originally they were cad plated but that"s not a do it yourself job. I"ve tried cold galvanizing paint before but that seems to scrape off pretty easily. Should I just use aluminum paint?

Thanks

Use DP 40 & DP 401 This is an epoxie Primer made by Ditzler, This is the primer, Sand blast the rims good then clean them good, I use an acid.
Before the primer is dry (Still wet in places) put the finish color on, Have this redy to go, Use an epoxy wet look paint in the same brand for a good hard finish, Follow the instructions & don't forget to clean your paint gun out as soon as your done, Reel good! This will last for years & years if you do it right.
