Hey did they send from the factory f20's with duals? I saw one the other day at Kinze Repower shop with 7.00x40 dual rear tires that looked to be factory or some company made a nice set of add ons.
The duals were on the inside of the main tires.
Just wondering.

IaGary, Friend of mine back in college, @ Tarleton State Univ., Stephenville, Texas. Resored an ol F20 with factory duals. It was a neat set-up. The extender mounts bolted up to every wheel bolt on the outside of the wheel. This tractor came from the South Plains of Texas, near Lemesa. That is sureenough power sand country. This tractor is the only f20 w/ duals I ever saw.
Lqater,
John A.

I have a Production Credit Calender from 1998 which shows old time Farm etc. Pictures. For Aug it shows the Street in front of the IHC Dealership in PawPaw ILL in 1936. There are five F20's lined up in front, all are apparently Steel Wheel equipped.Three have smooth Front and Rear Wheels,Two have the Bands attached on the front Wheels and the Lugs attached on the rear Wheels. Matter of fact one of the Lug equipped units has a Jack of some sort between the Front Wheels as if they had just finished attaching the Bands.Did they ship Steel Wheeled Tractors from the Factory minus the Bands and Lugs? Were they an Option?

Yep, the dual rear tires were one of many options.

I imagine not many people took that option though, right?

Boy, I dunno.

Seen a lot of those old things settin' around with those "inner" duals on. They look kinda neat.
