Hey Keith,

Allen sure has some good ground out that way.
It's like that in Ohio in places flat as flat can be. The younger genration has more up dated toys in this area. This what some have been using to do any sizeable acreage here. I did get to run one once planting and I must say it takes the work out of it having all that HP. Do it in less time. Still like the old fashion way.
Did you get all caught up on your fixing tractors?
I got mine out of moth balls the other day and the Super ran for about 30 secounds and quit. The little gas that was in it smelt like it was getting that turpentine smell to it. So thats my next project to drain it. Hopefully
I won't need to pull the carburetor. Got get a little warmer for me to do this. It's been "Really" windy just about every day here. Mike

Hi Mike, still working on them durn old tractors. Don't know about all that there flat land. Not enough very high snow covered hills in the back ground.

Farm where Super 77 jumped on trailer has couple of those small yeller toys, all run by GPS. Don't see much fun in that, just have to turn the huge thing around at the end of the field and let it do it own thing again.

Hey Allan, you get that ground turned over yet? Been watching the progress...Should have been done couple days ago..:>).:>) I really can't understand what is taking so long... LMAO

If we had the boy's Super C done, we'd come out and give you a hand, with a real tractor....ROTFLMAO

Hi Mike,

My neighbor probably thinks I'm a derned fool.

One day I ran into him coming out of a field with his big toys. So I ask him, "How the heck big is that thing anyway, must be 30 feet wide?"

He looks at me kinda funny and says "No, this one is 52 feet". :>)

Guess the guys who do it for a living have to have the acres and the machinery to do it with. Totally baffles me how they do it, considering the cost of that new stuff nowadays.

Can you imagine $80K for a darned mower? My mind won't even go there. :>)

Allen,

I will agree with you. We have one farmer here that farms 5000 acres and he has the same tractor as this one shown. I did get to try it out one round in the field next to me. He was planting soybeans. It was a big JD planter that took an acre to turn it around seem like. They are nice machines to farm with but I'd still liked to sleep at night if you know what I meaning. I don't farm no more I do miss it!.... Love being out there in the field plowing. Now all I can do is talk about it. I use to haul farm equipment years ago and I thouht back then they where getting pretty big. The combines where my biggest pain. Other than the three row New Idea pickers.

Mike
