Does any one know how much a front end for a VC is going for these days? I got one and am trying to get an idea of what it is worth. Or if anyone is looking for one let me know.

Let me know what you decide to ask for the front end, I may be interested. How much of the front end is there? Is it just the casting or is it complete with the spindle and wheels? I was going to send an email to you but it didnt work out. Do you have any other parts for a VC?

I'm located in Menominee. I have two VC's, a 1940 and a 1941. The 41 needs a new ring gear, starter drive and brakes. The 40 needs the foot throttle assembly and the correct rear tires. Also the right side brake is siezed up. The tires that are on the 40 are too wide and the one rim is rusted through. I am still trying to decide if i'm going to restore the 40 or use it as a parts tractor. I'm not familiar with the VAC, so i'm not sure what parts are the same on the VAC. From what I have heard, not many of the parts are the same.

Forgot to ask...how did you end up with just the front end? Where is the rest of the tractor? Do you have the sheet metal and radiator also?
