I am a volulteer for a horse riding center for the disabled in Ct, Shepard Meadows Therapeutic Riding Center. We are a registered non profit organization with the IRS and state. I frequently come to this site lookig for equipment for the center, we are looking for a tractor, auger, wagon, and mower etc. If anyone reading this knows of these items that are available for a tax deductable donation please contact me. I've got no tractors to give away, but am interested in which line of Desmarais/Desmarets/DeMaret you come from in Canada - Northern France. Do you have any knowledge of your family line?

jdemaris, My grandparents were from Quebec, one from St Hyacinth, the other from nearby but I don't know exactly. They moved to the Barton, Vt. area as young children. If you'd like we could exchange more info via email, mine is listed in my original post. Dave
