Well being the lazy person I am I sort of used some of your ideas and some of my own. Since the sleeve sticks up about 1-2 inches in to the bottom of the engine I cut a plate of steel 3X4 and layed it on the sleeve. Then I put a piece of square tupe about 18 inchs long on that. I then took my Ford 841 with loader and set the bucket down on the tube and let the bucket down, it has power down. Well it didn't pop out but did move about a 1/16-1/8 of an inch. Then I took my 16lbs sledge hammer and hit it one good hard time and out it popped.
Thanks guys for all your ideas. Now I have to wait on gaskets etc before I can do any thing more other then a little cleaning of stuff.

Rich,
I had to jump in here and say something. I was going to take my camera down to the shop and take a picture of the puller I made but I forgot to take the camera.

Keith,
Where have you been haven't heard you for sometime now on the forums?
I hope Walter got the photo's figured out. I know I had a problem with it myself. Singles are easy once ya get that figured out, but mutiple ones "Doubles" are a problem for me yet. Just haven't figured out the comination.
Mike

OK Rich, Now while you have some time build that puller and you will have it the next time. Always got to plan ahead, so quit your procrastinating, get busy. Took me less than 30 minutes to make mine !!!!!

So far this is the first time I have ever needed to pull a sleeve. I also have a friend who owns a pawn shop keeping his eyes open for one, you never know when one might just show up and then it will end up in my shop.

Say Old: Suppose you could post a picture of your line-up? You've got quite the collection. Glenn F.

Yep thats one of my toys. It went in to the shop the first week of Sept last year and came out looking like that. Then it went to a show on the weekend of Sept 23,24,and 25. in Eldon Missouri. My son drove it in the parade of power on the 24th

Well first off I don't have a clue how to post a picture, yes Keith I know. And second I would need a very wide range lens to take that picture. Some how I don't think they would all fit in one picture. I have something like 25-30 tractors and parts of tractors.

Took me awhile to figure out that picture posting thing also. Still screw it up sometimes. I'd like to see some of those tractors also, just snap a shot of one or two tractors at a time, upload em to the tractor photos, and maybe someone else can drag em in to the forums.

Walter, I will try to explain it as simply as I can.

1. Go to Tractor pictures
2. Click on your picture link.
3. RIGHT click on picture and select "properties"
4. highlite the URL address, then RIGHT click and select "copy".
5. Backout of pictures section and go to message forum.
6. Write your post, then click on the bottom box that says "Optional Image URL" and RIGHT click and select "paste"- the picture address should now showup in that box....

HTH...Keith & Shawn
