Any body ever deal with there teck service before?? I called them today about a preassure washer that I had let my brother use and it/he burned it up. The motor started to smoke on it before he could shut it off. Well when I called them and told them what happened they said they would send me a return label and they would ship me a rebuilt preassure washer. I asked what it was going to cost me and they said O, zip not a thing other then a phone call to DHL to have them pick it up. Guess you can say I'm surprised and very happy that I will have a preassure washer again and its not going to cst me more then a phone call.

Old,

I have a Campbell Hausfeld 4HP compressor. When it was about three years old the pressure switch went bad. I called CH. They sent me a new switch, no charge. The new switch has been working for about two years now.

Starting to make me think about looking for my old impact wrench that is a CH that broke a few years ago and see what they would tell me about it. Maybe I will get lucky with it also

Had the same response when a 4-ton DR splitter went bad; company replaced it and no shipping charges when UPS picked up the faulty one and sent a replacement. Great to find an outfit that puts customers and company reputation first!

I have one of their air compressors that took a dive. Repaired at no cost to me. Not even freight.

How old was the machine; how long was the warranty?

Date on it is Jan, 2000. The warranty is no long any good. But when I said the motor smoked the woman that I talked to siad they wanted it back so they could figure out what went wrong with it.
