What's a good way to remove the marker they use at auctions to mark equipment? Ya know the colorful stuff that will stand the test of time. Solvent of some sort? Thanks

Fixed! in reply to RustyFarmall, 03-20-2006 09:06:54
The Farmall Forum is back. It appears that we may have fixed the posting problem we've been having the last few days too, on all the forums.

Here's hoping there are no more double posts! And hanging / freezing screens!

Thank you much. I figured some sort of solvent would work well. My dad calls himself "King of Solvents" so he'll have what'll work.

That stuff comes off pretty easy with a little Acetone most of the time.

Rubbing alcohol also works sometimes, and nail polish remover will also get the job done.
