Old Crawler in the field

Thinking this page might see more traffic I thought I'd mention that I shot a photo of an old crawler over in Mississippi and wanted to see if anyone could ID it. It's on the "help identify" page and also I posted the photo on the crawler page. It looks like it might be an AC machine but maybe it's an IHC--couldn't get close enough to it to read any tags or anything.

I would have to say it looks like an AC, haven"t seen one like that for years, had a guy that had one when I was a kid, wish I had it now..

Is that the only picture you have. The decal under the seat makes it looks like a Cletrac.

I've got two others and I'll post them tonight. And the next trip I make over there, I'll see about getting access to the property where I can get some close-up photos and maybe read some data plates.

Definitely an Allis, can"t see how many cylinders it has, that would tell what model. The winch on the back will probably block the serial number, but there is usually a badge by the radiator (behind the lift arm in that picture) that says too. Good luck.
