i will be traveling to florida the first part of march for a wedding on the wifes side of the family. march 3rd is all mine. i can do what ever i want, so i need something to do! i will be in the orlando area but might be willing to travel. i would like to see some farms and/or collections if there are any, but anything agricultural would be an option. i just wanna see how "it's done" elsewhere.

another favor needed is the bride and groom have had a run of bad luck. the justice of the peace backed out on them and the music DJ backed out on them so if anyone knows anybody that may beable to help please hollar.

I've only been to Orlando once (a long time ago) and I don't remember anything agricultural there. However, I did enjoy the Warbird Museum in Kissimmee....old WW2 war planes restored.

The other guy thing I did that I enjoyed was I ran up to Ocala and wandered through Don Garlits drag racing history museum. If you grew up reading Hot Rod Magazine, a lot of the famous cars from back in the sixties and seventies are there. There's also other intesting cars (not drag racers) such as a 1915 Chevrolet with 900 miles on it and a '36 Ford Cabriolet with every option and only about 25,000 miles on it. In addition there was an "engine room" with lots of eye-popping machinery....blown hemi drag motors and even a brand new flathead Ford V8 still in the crate. One corner of the crate was removed so you could peek in and see it.

I would call Allan In Nebraska. The way he fixes things up and gets through the tough spots we call him Reverend anyway and we all know of his music prowess. Heard he's pretty darn savy with the guitar. Pick up Harley in Mo. and I'm sure everything would come off with a big hit. They could put on a motorcycle and tractor seminar on the side to help defray expenses and give a little southern comfort and things could work out. Just a thought Migraine

Check out Old Town Kissimmee. It's tourist, but they have some great car shows. You are only 6 hours out of Key West (Life's reset button). Eighth Air Force Museum is not too far away. BTW, for a few hundred dollars, you can fly the T-6 Texan at the Warbird Museum. Remember to look up as the Confederate Air Force takes to the sky with some regularity.

Aaron

PS. Look out for high speed lead particles. Becoming a problem down there.
