Is this a tri-cycle with a gear drive cable winch and large spool at the end of the boom so that a cargo net could drawn all the way up to the winch?

It is a tri-cycle with a turret on one end. The turret was probably 24 to 30 inches in diameter and 3 feet high. It housed the engine and transmission. I have a picture if you give me your e-mail address i will send it to you. The engine was a 6 hp Winscosin with a Salsbury Automatic transmission. Let me know. thanks for responding.

The one I am thinking of is 8 feet wide and 20 feet long. The boom was10 or 12 feet long. The cab was behind winch and upright for the boom. It had a 6 cylinder gasoline engine, clutch and manual transmisson. A much larger machine.
