Hello, tractor and engine friends. i'am just wondering if anyone has seen a slab front weight that reads "for john deere pampa foundry pampa texas. i just found one at a estate sale and picked it up. weighs about 96 lbs. any info and value would be great. i can send a pic in you would like.

Locally made, BW foundry at Wichita Falls also made weights, and probably still do. Slightly different shape and hard to line up the through bolts if used with genuine JD.

Use to see them around all the time. Weights for 10 and 20 series JD tractors. Not sure what others they made.

I saw a 630 with one of those weights at a show here in Michigan a couple years ago. Looked like an aftermarket cheaper alternative to the Deere 3 pc weights.
