Sorry if this sounds confusing. My friend wants to sell her ex husbands antique tractor but we can't find the brand name of it. It must be there somewhere, right? It says Delco Monte?? I think thats the engine not the brand. Any advise would be appreciated.

Maybe this will help you out. It looks like it could be an Economy model.

Akmed think you have it wrong, not delco monte, it be Del Monico"s, the restaurant where Matt Dillon had supper after parking the E.T.D. for the night.

Wouldn't a rather simple, logical beginning be to ask her what color it is????? ?

Thanks Dave. It's red. I took some pictures of it and I am going to try and post them. She didn't take his tractor by the way... he left it.

Taking his antique tractor and selling it? I would consider that to be cruel and unusal punishment.

"SHE" got the tractor as part of the settlement. He must have loved that tractor more than her for her to take it. The name is on the hood. Annie are you both blond?

Well the best thing to do would be if you could get a picture of it to post here. I'm sure some one could tell you from that alone. With out a picture, we are going to need a bit more of a disctiption. Type of engine, # of cylynders, # of speeds on the transmission, and what ever else you can find. If you find a number, just tell us where on the tractor that # or words came from.

Chas
