Wife woke me up this morning at 7:25. Her car would not start. The plan was to sleep till around 9, but no luck there. Now then heres the ? why is it that when it doesn't start for her I can walk out to it and it starts right up with no big problem?? Is it that I scare the machines I work on or is it that they just don't like women?? This happens to me a lot, but not alway just my wife but some of my friends also that are men. They have this or that that doesn't start for them I go look at them and they start. Guess its good to be wanted. LOL. Just had to rant a little, could have been sawing so logs but NO

She wasn't using your SKS in the past was she? Could be the reason for missing those deer. Grin. Craig

Nope she has her own SKS with a 6X40 scope on it, my scope is just a 4X25 which maybe why I missed so much.

I have a wife that when she uses my vehicle it's going to come back busted. If there's a week link or some part like a clutch that's on the verge of going she'll find it. but I could drive it for another year if'n she hadn't touched it.

I know what you mean.
the other day I pulled into a gas station. young lady there (at my age all ladies are young ) car would not start. raised hood laid hand on fender, told her to try it,started right up. she wanted to know what I did to it. I said nothing, it just reconized me,as used to cut up cars that did not start.

A gal pulls her BMW into a garaage and tells the mechanic that it's running real rough. He replaces the fuel filter and tells her to "start her up". She does and asks what the problem was. The mechanic replys "just crap in the filter"
She says, "OH great! how many times a week do I have to do that"?????

Ya, a friend could start an engine when no one else could. Just had the right touch I guess.

photocopiers too in reply to steveormary, 12-19-2005 21:27:58
Photocopiers are like that too.
Someone comes & presses the print button & it jams strait away.
Next person comes & runs off 100 sheets...no problem!!!
